Summer Update and Photo Challenge News

How is your summer going?  We're into the second half and we've had a lot of fun so far.  It's going by quickly though!  

Today I want to give you a quick update on our summer and let you know a few last-minute changes coming up for the blog this month, especially as they pertain to the Great Photo Purge Challenge.  

I mentioned in my August goals post that it's been a busy summer, but as I've reflected on it more this week, I've come to realize that a number of changes have happened to make this summer feel even busier.

August Family Goals Printable and August Blog Goals

I can't believe our summer is half over already!  I know some of your school schedules are different than ours and you're already getting ready for back-to-school season. But my kids have been off for a month and still have a month until they go back.  So we're at exactly the half-way point in our summer.

It's flying by!  We've been enjoying our daily routine as well as our weekly routine.  Although I have to say we've varied from our routines so many times that sometimes I wonder whether it was worth it to make them up!  But, my kids are learning flexibility.  Me too :)  And it's definitely worth having our routines to ensure we still fit in all the things they said they wanted to do on their summer brainstorming lists.

On the blog, July was also focused on the Great Photo Purge Challenge.  I still have a long way to go, but I love seeing progress!  Thanks to all of you who participated and who shared your tips.
