Last week I told you I'm going to set some goals in 2015 to help me live a healthier life. I know it may seem strange to see posts about health on an organizing blog, but as I mentioned, whenever I take on a challenge, I do it in an organized way! I know there are others who will make resolutions to be healthier in 2015 and I want to help you be organized in your journey to health as well.
I also told you about a 4-Day Healthy Living Challenge and invited you to join me. I can tell from the tracking code that no one has signed up yet :( I'm hoping it's just the time of year and that you'll still be joining me in the new year as I take steps to being healthier. I received several comments and emails that indicated you'd be jumping in in January too!
But, I wanted to reach out to you again and invite you to join me now. Here's why.

At this time of year, we spend a lot of time with family and friends. If you asked your loved ones... your parents, your significant other, your kids, your friends... about how kind 2014 was to your personal health and well being, what would they say?
Would they give you a smashing endorsement? Would they commend you for your effort and consistency all year? If so, YAY! You're doing great! Keep up the good work in 2015! {You can still join the 4-Day Healthy Living Challenge so that you can share the tips with any family and friends who are not living as healthy as they could be... and you'll motivate me to do what you're doing!}
Or, if you asked your loved ones about your health in 2014, would they be concerned? I know some of mine would. Those in my life who are living a healthy lifestyle would love to see me be healthier too.
I ask these questions because we often fall into the trap of thinking that health is a matter that no one else has a stake in. But our loved ones do.
At this time of the year, it’s pretty easy to stop physical activity... or eating salads. It's easy to put on the holiday pounds with the same loved ones we hold near and dear. I'm definitely guilty of this!
So here’s what I'd love for you to do.
Join me in the FREE 4-Day Healthy Living Challenge: 4 simple steps to a healthier, better you. Each step will take you no more than 5 minutes a day.
Make a decision to make a change today, not AFTER the holidays are over and you are at your New Year’s Eve party.
The challenge is so easy, so simple, yet so effective. Most of all: it will change your life. It's already helping me!
Your loved ones will thank you. Maybe you’ll even inspire a few of them to join you. In fact, once you sign up for the 4-Day Healthy Living Challenge, you'll be able to invite your friends and family to join you!
{If they do, you can even earn discounts on some healthy living resources that will be on sale next week... more on that later!}
Your loved ones have a major stake in your health. And you surely want to be there for them when it matters. Start the challenge now. Remember, it’s free!
{It's really free... no strings attached. You have to give your email to sign up, but you can opt out of any future emails after you download the pdf for the 4-Day Challenge.}
I said last week that I would share my progress in the 4-Day Healthy Living Challenge this week. But, I've decided to share more of it in January, because it relates directly to the goals I plan to set in the New Year.
My steps to living healthier will include drinking more water, eating more fruits and vegetables, eating less sugary foods, going to bed earlier, exercising more, etc. I'll be breaking those down into smaller measurable goals that I'll tackle one at a time. And if you're joining me, we can hold each other accountable. I'll be more likely to succeed that way :)

What steps can you take towards being healthier? If you've traveled this road successfully, what advice do you have for those of us starting out?
Happy organizing!
